Fakhry Eid – Chairman
A 1974 Engineering graduate from Cairo University with a M.Sc from Hatfield Polytechnic, U.K in 1979. Eng. Fakhry boasts 40 years of experience in industry and Oil & Gas. For the last 15 years Eng. Fakhry has been part of the top management positions as chairman and C.E.O. of major Oil & Gas companies such as ENPPI & Petrojet.
Alaa Mahgoub – CEO
A 1989 faculty of commerce graduate. Mr. Alaa is involved with many of the private sector companies in the fields of business development. Through the years Mr. Alaa has held a wide range of communication network with leading figures in Egypt – both private and government officials.
Gamal Hegazy – CEO – Technical
A 1982 mechanical engineering graduate from Zagazig University and holds a M.Sc in project management from Bremen University in Germany in 1988. Eng. Gamal Hegazy has 34 years of experience in industry and Oil & Gas, he assumed project management responsibility and General Manager for procurement division in ENPPI; Then assigned as vice chairman for planning & gas projects in the Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS) till retirement in February 2017.
Maged Nagaty – CFO
A 1977 faculty of commerce graduate of Ain Shams University. Mr. Maged indulges over 35 years of experience in projects’ finance and financial control in numerous fields, mostly in the Oil & Gas sector. For the last 10 years, Mr. Maged had held many top management positions; the last of which was finance vice chairman for ENPPI. A leading company in the Oil & Gas sector.
